The Rodeo Drive Concours d’Elegance celebrated  its 30th anniversary on June 15, 2025, as Southern California’s premier Father’s Day occasion.

“This day truly offers something for everyone, and it’s wonderful to see so many families enjoying these amazing cars,” said Rodeo Drive Concours founder Bruce Meyer.  For the last 30 years, each Father’s Day Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, California becomes a family gathering site, on the most expensive piece of real estate on the planet, and closes down to all traffic from Little Santa Monica to Wilshire Blvd with the colorful display of more than 100 collector automobiles of American and European classics, exotic sports cars, muscle cars, and super cars from local dealerships.  The visual appeal is set against the opulent Beverly Wilshire Hotel (the setting for the 1990 Richard Gere and Julia Roberts film “Pretty Woman”).

The range of motor cars spanned from a 1937 Rolls-Royce Phantom III to a 2008 Ferrari Enzo and the debut of the Lamborghini Tamerario in the O’Gara Coach of Beverly Hills display, which also included supercars from McLaren and Pagani.

“What brings me the most happiness is I look over the crowds (over 40,000) that are in attendance consisting of a variety of people that come to enjoy “a day for dads” on Rodeo Drive.  It’s all about the people,” said Meyer.

Fromer’s Travel Guide proclaimed the Rodeo Drive Concours as, “one of the 300 unmissable events in the world.”

In the past, the Rodeo Drive Concours presented iconic motor cars like a 1927 Rolls-Royce Phantom I Town Car once owned by Fred Astaire, a stunning 1932 Packard 905 Sport Phaeton once owned by movie legend Jean Harlow, and the 1937 Cord 812 Supercharged Phaeton once owned by Tom Mix.

Proceeds from the event directly benefit the community with donations to the Beverly Hills Police Foundation and Beverly Hills Fire Chiefs Fund.  The restoration of a retired 1975 Cadillac Ambulance from the Beverly Hills Fire Department was included in the fundraising.

Thousands of spectators enjoyed the awards presentations conducted by renowned car buff and comedian Jay Leno, committee president Kay Monica Rose, Mayor Sharona R. Nazarian, and Bruce Meyer.

“We are so proud to host this event in the heart of Beverly Hills.  It’s a wonderful way to welcome people to enjoy the best our community has to offer, and I’m honored to carry on the tradition in its 30th year,” said Mayor Nazarian.

A number of awards are given, but the Best in Show was given to Richard and Boni Losee for their 1937 Mercedes-Benz 540K Special Roadster, while Kip Cyprus received the Chairman’s Award for his 1925 Hispano Suiza Boattail open racer.
