It’s coming – that fabulous week of automotive overload known as Monterey Car Week. A lot of people have been asking about the Garage Style Garage Tour, and no, I am not putting it on this year. Between all the personal hoopla going on and the move and the getting the new magazine together and figuring out how to make it work digitally and so on, I’m slammed and swamped. But – I’m hoping for a triumphant return in 2023! So, if you know of any garages in Monterey that need to be seen, let me know!
Meanwhile, I hope you enjoy this latest edition of the newsletter. In our last edition I brought you a sample of the new magazine and how it’s coming along. I hope you liked it – as I write this, it’s actually waiting to go out, so I have no idea what the response will be. But, it was a soft opening and my partner in crime in taking GSM digital, Eric Monterastelli of Gran Touring Motorsports (gtmotorsports.org) , who also built the new Garage Style Magazine website, is very excited by the whole prospect of bringing the magazine to the digital realm.
Stay tuned as I start working with Donovan Lara of GarageRiot (www.garageriot.com) – to begin producing videos and interviews, bringing a taste of Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous to Garage Style Magazine. Definitely some fun days ahead.
