Things to do

Many lament the end of summer.  Car shows and swap meets ebb, the days get shorter, the temperatures get cooler – and while, yes, it means less to do, it doesn’t mean nothing to do.  Take a peek below at some of the upcoming happenings below and set up some time to go and enjoy.  Who wouldn’t love Florida during the months when much of the rest of the country is bracing for its first layer of snow?  The Fort Lauderdale Concours is back and set to give people a taste of a tropical winter.  And if auctions are your thing, there are still a few days left of the Morphy automobilia sale going on.  Otherwise, enjoy the first cooling of the season, keep an eye on the leaves as they change color, and set up a schedule to fix up your garage and make it as spectacular as it can be for the upcoming summer.  And, while you’re at it, there’s no shame in having a few friends over for some conversation and refreshments, recalling the events of summers past and what’s coming up in the future.  Regardless – enjoy.
